Who Has Your Information
Me. I am Serge Sendji Augustin. I am a licensed Florida insurance agent. My license is FL G231352. My NPN is 21565385. I am based in Ocoee, Florida. When you fill out the quote form, your information comes to me. Not to a call center. Not to a list broker.
What I Collect
Only what you type into the quote form:
- Your name.
- Your phone number and email address.
- Your age range.
- Tobacco use and the coverage amount you want.
- Any notes you add.
I do not ask for your Social Security number, bank account numbers, or payment details on this site.
How I Use It
I use your information for one reason: to give you a quote and talk with you about final expense insurance. If you check the consent box on the form, I may call or text you about your request. That is me personally — no staff, no dialer, no third party.
I Never Sell Your Information
I never sell your personal information. Not to marketers. Not to data brokers. Not to other agents. The only people who see your form are me and the systems that deliver it to me.
Website Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4. It is a Google tool that counts visits. It shows which pages people read. Google may place cookies on your device for this. These reports show me totals. An example: "200 people read the FAQ page." They do not show me your name. You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
Spam Protection
My forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check that keeps bots out. It may place a short-lived security cookie on your device.
How Long I Keep Your Information
I keep quote requests while I serve you. The law also says I must keep some insurance records. I keep those as long as the law says. If you want your information deleted, ask me. I will do it unless the law says I must keep it.
Your Rights
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to fix it, or ask me to delete it. Email [email protected] or call (407) 434-9297. I will respond within 45 days.
Children
This site is for adults planning final expenses. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page.
